Another thing to keep in mind is, if you price it just a little higher than you think it should go for, people can talk you down. That always makes a buyer happy, when they think they talked you down from your original price. It works for me. Out of the last 2 yard sales I had in the last couple of years, I've made at least $300. Good luck.
